As a Senior SAP Waste and Recycling Consultant, you’ll spearhead the implementation and optimization of SAP IS-U-WA (Waste and Recycling) solutions, helping clients in utilities and waste management sectors achieve efficient, compliant operations. You’ll integrate logistics, billing, and service systems to drive sustainability and regulatory adherence, aligned with our Swiss excellence.

• Design and configure SAP Waste and Recycling modules (IS-U-WA) for waste collection, disposal, recycling, and hazardous material handling.
• Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, and customizations to enhance waste management efficiency and compliance.
• Integrate SAP systems with HCM, logistics, and financial modules for seamless operations.
• Advise on industry best practices, including regulatory compliance, sustainability strategies, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Lead project teams in end-to-end implementations, from blueprinting to go-live and support.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide training to ensure sustainable client outcomes.

• 8-10+ years in SAP consulting, with deep expertise in SAP IS-U-WA (Waste and Recycling) or IS-Utilities.
• Proven track record in waste management processes, including collection scheduling, billing, and environmental reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Environmental Science, or related field; SAP certifications in IS-U preferred.
• Strong knowledge of waste regulations, sustainability practices, and integration tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for client collaboration.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East.
