Role overview
As a Senior Integration Consultant, you’ll lead the design and implementation of integrated HR IT solutions, focusing on SAP systems and Workforce Management (WFM) platforms. You’ll collaborate with clients to turn complex HR challenges into efficient, measurable outcomes, aligning with our commitment to Swiss excellence and regional insight.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and deploy SAP integrations with HCM and WFM systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance.
- Advise clients on best practices for WFM optimization, including scheduling, time tracking, and analytics.
- Conduct system assessments, gap analyses, and custom configurations to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in project delivery, from design to enablement, with a human-first approach.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support to drive sustainable performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in HR IT, SAP, and WFM to inform strategic recommendations.
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in HR IT consulting, with proven SAP integration expertise (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM).
- Strong experience in WFM solutions (e.g., ADP Workforce Software, Kronos, UKG, or similar), including implementation and optimization. Experience with ADP Workforce Software is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; SAP certifications preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering client-focused transformations.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East and collaborate in a global team.
